If this happenned to me, I would cry, but you make us laugh. THAT is your genius. Are you coming up with these descriptions as the events are unfolding, or after?

Well wifey. I cried all the way home and on your shoulder when I got here, if you remember?!
But I usually come up with descriptions AFTER the fact, seeing as how I'm trying not to lose my mind in the moment.
But I do jot notes in my notebook, if a description or phrase strikes me. Seeing as how I have no short term memory, it's necessary. And now I won't forget that I'm on self imposed house arrest.

Let me just say that both Cody and I read your article in the actual newspaper this morning and both laughed out loud several times. I think my favorite part was the description of Sadie being a life size gummy bear!!
